The Brooks Education Foundation (501(c)3) strives to support a quality education in a stable and safe environment for youth affected by Child Welfare, homelessness, and/or family instability by: generating & sustaining a legacy of education, empowerment, advocacy, strengthening skills for synergy and interdependence, and purpose.

David Morales-Brooks was a 6th grade Dual Language teacher at Reedville Elementary School. He believed "All students have an innate creativity to problem solve and think critically; what’s needed is the skill set to navigate obstacles regardless of subject so they can learn from and grow through each lesson, learning the hows and whys of their everyday life."
